Description: The ODOREX series of deodorants are specially developed blends of natural as well as Synthetic essential oils for neutralizing the foul smell of rubber and rubber ingredients.
Salient Features:
- Work at a very low concentration: about 0.05 to 0.25%, depending upon the intensity of the odor to be neutralized.
- Give a very long lasting smell – up to 2 yrs. in closed condition & min. 8 – 10 months in open condition.
- Lasts high temperatures of processing 150 – 160 0C even upto 10 hours curing time.
Method of use:
- Use at 0.05 to 0.25% by weight of the total compounded rubber.
- Add in the final stage of compounding like 2-roll mill / dump mill/ banbury.
